The continuous progress in Hilltop
Tamarindo Park has the vision of creating a sanctuary coexisting with nature where homeowners will enjoy the best of both, the amusement of downtown beach life and the wellness of the surrounding National Park. The well thought-out vision for this unique community was created many years ago and has been becoming reality with the start of construction in June 2021. Since breaking ground over a year ago the construction in Phase One, also known as the Hilltop, has been advancing rapidly and today we have nine spectacular homes that were designed by Richard Müller.
Our four initial homes are currently in their final stages preparing to be delivered to their respective owners. As the project moves forward more and more visitors have decided to live their Costa Rican dream beach life and become permanent residents at Tamarindo Park. We are beyond thrilled as six of those eleven homes being built are already sold and construction on other lots will begin in the upcoming months.

On average our homes take around eight to ten months to be carried out from start to finish. We are eager to deliver our clients their exact personal tropical dream home. In order to fit our customers’ personal vision for elegant modern living, our experienced architects, engineers and subcontractors can include modifications on the general design of the homes and on certain finishes. Because of our efforts to satisfy our homeowners with the highest standards, those personalized changes can have an effect on the final date of the home delivery.
The homeowners of Casa Vainillo, on lot 52, requested the modification of their architectural plan which included a two bedroom home with a separate two bedroom casita. As this family has two children, we happily integrated their wish and modified the home in order to have all four bedrooms exist in one single unit. Our architects and engineers realized a customized design which in addition to the family unit will include an office on top of the car-port using all spaces to the maximum.
Our initial homes all have gone through modifications after their purchase. The owner of Casa Bromelia, lot 51, for instance wanted to optimize the open tropical feel of the third floor master bedroom through adding an extra balcony. By adapting and improving the layout for this room we were able to fulfill his wish and integrate a balcony overlooking not only the impressive valley but also the sparkling pool and exotic garden.
The realization of including personalized changes always depends on the construction stage the home is currently in. When a home is bought in the early point of construction more requests can be made. As a consequence of that we are excited about the homes that are breaking ground this week on lot 53 and lot 55 in which the architectural designs were entirely personalized creating two unrepeatable properties in the project. We are enthused about seeing these homes come to life in the next few months!
Our aim is to respond to all of our clients’ wishes while simultaneously delivering their homes as rapidly as possible. On account of that our work is as detailed and careful as possible. At Tamarindo Park no clients need goes unseen and that is our promise.

Although there was a last minute request to include an additional office space on top of the car port, which is in the process of completion, the pool is ready to be swum in and we are set to deliver this extraordinary home.
More homes that are still available and in the process of construction are the magnificent Casa Higueron, lot 56, Casa Matapalo, lot 57, and Casa Tempisque, lot 65. These homes have five to six bedrooms involving one of the largest properties in the Hilltop.

Additionally we have Richard Müller creating a brand new design for our upcoming sublime beach club with a superior location and everything from a restaurant, to surf board rental and chill out area.
