The story of Tamarindo Park dates back nearly half a century, when Claudio Cerdas Zúñiga from Santa Cruz, Costa Rica, acquired vast land in Tamarindo. In collaboration with the local government, Mr. Zúñiga played a key role in developing the residential area of Langosta, earning him recognition as one of the area's founders.
Today, part of his family continues this legacy through the Tamarindo Park Development, with a vision to create a vibrant, multicultural community that preserves the natural beauty of the land. Our primary goal is to maintain the landscape as untouched as possible, respecting the vital role that mangroves, wildlife, plants, and other living organisms play in the ecosystem.
