The story of Tamarindo Park begins almost a half-century ago with a man named Claudio Cerdas Zúñiga from Santa Cruz, Costa Rica. Mr. Zúñiga bought 400 acres of land in Tamarindo and became known as one of the founders of the area. He loved the land and cherished its natural beauty.
Today, his family carries on his legacy, through the development of the Tamarindo Park sustainable community here in Costa Rica, where we are honored to share its wonders with visitors, residents, and locals.
Our community will include 210 tropical contemporary vacation and family homes, along with many amenities such as beach clubs, a spa & wellness center, a fitness studio, hiking trails, paddle tennis courts and at the heart of it all, the preservation efforts of the exquisite natural surroundings, aligning with the eco footprint that characterizes Costa Rica.
Homes at Tamarindo Park have been elegantly designed by our architect team to deliver a complete turn-key process. In the first phase of the development, “The Hilltop,” residents will be able to choose from ten different modern concepts, each a different expression of elegance designed in harmony with the surrounding natural elements.
With different layout options, our pre-established designs allow clients the possibility of personalizing the spaces and finishes within their future home depending on the status of construction, to ensure that each one has its own unique touch. Some of these homes will have a spectacular ocean view or a mountain view overlooking Las Baulas National Marine Park.
With 6 houses fully built and 12 under construction we are glad to say that 9 homes in the first phase have already been purchased either by buyers that have decided to move in full-time or who are using the home as an investment property for short-term and long-term rentals.
From there, we will move forward in phases, designing and creating each community carefully and conscientiously.

Behind the designs are renowned architects, Richard Muller and Nayib Robles from RM Architecture & Engineering, who specialize in designing elegant contemporary homes in tropical climates.
